Care Instructions For Your Toy

We highly recommend using water-based lube with your toys. Use toy cleaner, especially with porous materials. Cover your toy with a condom if sharing with a partner. If battery operated, be sure the inner, rubber ring that seals the battery unit is in place before rinsing in water. Remove batteries when not in use for longer toy and battery life.

If your toy is waterproof or splashproof, wash your toy before first use and immediately after each subsequent use. Rinse it. Spritz it with toy cleaner. Let it sit for 30 seconds. Rinse it again. Allow your toy to thoroughly air dry before storing.

If your toy is soft and flesh-like, dust it with revive powder once it is dry. For soft goods, clean with a damp cloth or soap & water.

Warranty: If your toy stops working in the first 30 days, we will gladly exchange it for the same toy (excluding disposable toys). Please return the defective item with the original packaging and receipt to the store you purchased it from. Sorry, no cash refunds.
