We work hard to deliver your packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, orders can be placed on our site 24/7, and 365 days out of the year! But our couriers need a rest sometimes, and delivery may be delayed on the following holidays:

Simple brown boxes and plain envelopes are used for all deliveries. The shipping labels and return address are for our warehouse addresses and do not indicate the contents or origin.
Free tracking is included for all orders placed in the United States. FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Within 12-48 business hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an email including your tracking details and status of your order.
There are multiple ways to track your order.
1. Go to our Account page by clicking here, then click on your order number, which should take you to a page like the one below:
Then you should see below the items you ordered Fulfilled date click the link and it will take you to the carriers tracking page.
2. You will also receive a email with your shipment tracking info.
We do not share your personal information, address or e-mail with any other business.
We DO ship internationally to many destinations in North and South America, Australia, Europe and Asia. International shipping options are provided during check out. Free shipping offers do not apply to international shipments.
Please contact us within 30 days, if you receive a defective item. We will determine as to whether a return is necessary. The item will be replaced with a duplicate item. Send e-mail to info@enchantasys.com and include your name, order number and related product information.
If you miss your delivery and the order is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to you. You will be billed for the original and reshipping charges. Orders that have been shipped and are refused or returned will be charged shipping fees and the 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued less the shipping charges and 10% fee.
You will be contacted if any of the items on your order are not available. Items that are in stock will be shipped immediately. When the back order or replacement item(s) are shipped we will pay the shipping charges on the second order.
You will only be charged for the product when it is shipped plus applicable shipping charges.
All orders are processed within 24 hours, many times the same day. Orders cancelled immediately will incur no charges. After 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged shipping charges and 10% cancellation fee.
Credit issued for the return will be less the shipping charges and cancellation fee.
We typically provide four (sometimes more) measurements for our toys.
Length: The vertical length of the toy from the two farthest reaching points
Insertable Length: The length of the toy designed to be safely inserted
Width (or diameter): The distance across the toy's girth
Girth (or circumference): Our measure of a toys thickness, in circumference
