Sweetheart Surprise

Earning period: January 16, 2026 - February 28, 2026.

Through February 28th, earn a Sweetheart Surprise envelope with any in-store purchase over $50 (limit one per day per customer). Sweetheart Surprise envelopes must not be opened until the redemption period begins. During the redemption period, envelopes must be opened in front of an Enchantasys staff member to be valid. Envelopes opened before the redemption period or without a staff member present are automatically void.

Redemption period: March 1, 2026 - March 30, 2026.

Come back and open your sealed Sweetheart Surprise in front of an Enchantasys staff member during the redemption period to redeem the prize printed on the slip inside (customers with multiple envelopes may redeem one of each prize per day).

All prizes are redeemable in-store only. TV redemption is not immediate and will require time for processing and shipping. TV redemption will require a shipping address (domestic US shipping only) to redeem. All in-store vouchers (Enchantasys and Maia Novelties Sweetheart Surprise vouchers) expire on March 31, 2026. Any envelopes opened before the redemption period are void.

Eligibility: In order to be eligible to participate in Sweetheart Surprise, you must be over the age of 18. Envelopes are non-transferrable once earned. Original purchase during earning period must be $50 or more in a single transaction; no additional purchase required for prize redemption. Enchantasys employees and partners are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
